This is for real, once I lived in a hospital for a month to look after one of my close relatives there. The staff and some doctors of the hospital became friends so I was allowed to go inside most of the places. Once I saw a girl who was brought to the hospital to take a battery out of her vegina. It was a small A3 size battery that you put in a calculator, or a walkman, or in a pen torch.
