Hi guys,
Looking at the new instructions for TPS, it seems like one doesnt need to submit form i765 if one doesnt want EAD. This didn't used to be the case before as one had to send it regardless of one not applying for EAD. Could anyone confirm?

765 wasn't necessary prior as well. if you do not need ead, don't send it.
