i130 still pending?? They don't do security checks during i130 processing. Have u contacted USCIS?

If you call USCIS they will say they are waiting for Mandatary Security check. And they will do few enquiries which will take few month and give you same answer. I found another way to make it faster. Let me know if you want to try.

Find your local congressmen office. They have different zones and offices , make sure you find the one which belong to your address. Tell them its about immigration issue and make an appointment. Take all your paperwork, Uscis receipts and talk to officer of congressmen. They have special units for all kind of issue. You can not met congressmen for this and also you don't have to. They will call Uscis on behalf of you. This will surely help. I have seen it worked before. Good luck.
